Swig & Swine Partners with Tradesman Brewing Co. to Offer Pitmaster Rye Pale Ale

The “Pitmaster Rye Pale Ale”, a beer concocted by Queen Street Hospitality CEO Jonathan Kish, is now on tap at Swig & Swine BBQ in West Ashley on Savannah Hwy. for a limited time. Kish partnered with the one and only Chris Winn and Scott McConnell at Tradesman Brewing Co. to bring Kish’s recipe to the tap for the first time, and it’s only $5 a pint.

The Pitmaster Rye Pale Ale has a dark gold hue and was brewed with centennial and cascade hops, along with a little bit of smoked malt so “the last thing you taste is the smoke,” added Kish. This slight smoke flavor is the perfect pairing for the meat paradise that Pitmaster Anthony DiBernardo provides at Swig & Swine.

Kish said, “We’ve known Chris and Scott for a long time, and they’re great guys. I’m a home brewer myself, and Tradesman is doing a lot with smaller batch beers so I wanted to jump on the opportunity. This is an awesome hyper-local collaboration, bringing two Charleston businesses together to provide something tasty and unique.”
