It was an honor for Baker Motor Company to give away a Mercedes-Benz CLA250 at the 2015 Medal of Honor Bowl

The Momentum Team coordinated and managed an all-star sponsorship for Baker Motor Company at the  Medal of Honor Bowl on January 10, 2015, at the Citadel’s Johnson Hagood Stadium including a huge ticket giveaway on facebook, a deluxe private suite at the game, on site displays and the ultimate Mercedes-Benz giveaway for one lucky ticket holder. The Medal of Honor Bowl is a premier All-Star football game that features the nation’s top draft-eligible college football players as projected for the NFL Draft.

We earned great press for the giveaway before and after the event in the Post & Courier. Throughout the Medal of Honor Bowl game, ticket holders were waiting on the edge of their seats to find out if they had the winning ticket. At the two minute mark of the fourth quarter of the game, Nate Bristow won a Mercedes-Benz CLA250, which also made the pages of the Post & Courier. In a fun twist, Nate Bristow’s stepson was actually a player in the game!

Tommy Baker, owner and president of Baker Motor Company said, “As a proud former US Marine Corp serviceman, it was an absolute honor to participate in this bowl game. The car giveaway was a tribute to our military, our community, and my great friend Major General James E. Livingston. It was an exciting experience for the players, fans, and of course the winner of the new CLA250.”
