LimRic Plumbing, Heating & Air Celebrates New Facility With Ribbon Cutting

Congratulations to Momentum client LimRic Plumbing, Heating and Air on a great ribbon cutting ceremony at their brand new location on Dorchester Road in North Charleston.

LimRic was excited to show off its state-of-the-art 10,000-square-foot facility with all the bells and whistles including a 900-square-foot customer service training room, gym, updated technology, collaborative office space, conference rooms and a large warehouse with equipment for all HVAC brands.

North Charleston Mayor Keith Summey joined LimRic for the ribbon cutting ceremony along with councilmen and councilwomen.

Owner David Miles said “Without the employees we can’t have this building. It’s all about the employees and this building represents their hard work.”
