Food Network Films at 82 Queen

 Momentum Marketing was on site at 82 Queen today during the filming of Food Network’s web series “Local Flavor” which will feature Executive Chef Steve Stone cooking up his famous Barbecue Shrimp & Grits.

This episode was all about shrimp, so the half pound of shrimp doused in barbecue sauce atop creamy grits drew the network right into 82 Queen. A crew of eight people captured all of the love that goes into making this Charleston staple dish. Chef Steve Stone (also known as Stoney) was in the spotlight and cooked the meal from start to finish with the picturesque courtyard in the background. Then the network sat down with Stoney to learn more about his culinary style, the history of the restaurant, and what makes this dish so dang good!
