indiGO Auto Group Adds McLaren To Growing Company’s World-Class Luxury Automotive Lineup

Todd Blue, Chairman and CEO of Houston-based indiGO Auto Group, with dealerships in Houston, Texas, Rancho Mirage, California, and St. Louis, Missouri announced Thursday, May 7, 2015 that the indiGO Auto Group has added McLaren Automotive, a high-performance British automotive manufacturer, to its luxury cache of automotive brands at the Desert European Motorcars campus in Rancho Mirage, CA. This is the company’s tenth automotive brand accompanying Audi, Bentley, Porsche, Land Rover, Jaguar, Lamborghini, Maserati, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, and Aston Martin.

Mr. Blue has been working on the opportunity to represent the brand for two years. “The heritage of the McLaren brand, the commitment to premier technology and attention to detail not only attracted me to it, but is also in keeping with indiGO’s mission,” said Blue. “McLaren is a privately-owned, boutique, super sports car manufacturer with a championship Formula One racing heritage. We’re thrilled to have this exciting brand join our collection of brands.”

This will be the first time a super sports car manufacturer will have dealership representation in the Palm Springs Metropolitan area. “It’s a great day for sports car enthusiasts in the desert,” Mr. Blue added.

McLaren Rancho Mirage will be located in the main building on the Desert European Motorcars campus at 71-387 Highway 111, Rancho Mirage, California. The first vehicles are anticipated to arrive in late summer/early fall 2015. McLaren’s acclaimed lineup of sports cars includes the recently announced Sports Series 570S, with a starting MSRP of under $200,000. “McLaren will now be able to put the highest technology into the hands of more enthusiasts with this new model,” Blue added.
