Momentum Client Wonder Works Receives National SCORE Award

Momentum Marketing client, Wonder Works has been awarded the “2013 Small Business with Outstanding Citizenship” by SCORE! Wonder Works was chosen because of their dedication to the Charleston community and local charities.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

SCORE officials came to the store today to interview owner, Christine Osborne for a video that will play at the awards ceremony this August in Dallas, TX. The SCORE Awards is an annual event that celebrates the outstanding achievements of Americas small businesses.

SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to helping small businesses get off the ground, grow and achieve their goals through education and mentorship for nearly 50 years. Wonder Works has been a SCORE member since the store’s inception in 1990. The first Wonder Works store opened its doors in 1990, after being guided for numerous months by a SCORE member, Bud Garforth.

Christine said, “Bud’s advice became invaluable from a business standpoint to include exceptional customer service tips, of which Wonder Works is known for in the region. We took everything he provided Wonder Works, and elevated it in our own magical way.”

We are so very proud of this incredible accomplishment and cannot wait for the awards ceremony this August.
