NeSmith Chevrolet is celebrating 40 years in business this year.  To kick off the dealership’s year long 40th Anniversary campaign, Momentum Marketing created the first in a series of commercials that will air during the Super Bowl on January 30th in the Savannah, Georgia market.

Our campaign focused on how NeSmith has made customer service its top priority for four decades with the tag line, “A lot has changed over the years, but one thing remains the same: treating our customers right is timeless”.

Momentum agency principal, Pam Hartley has been working with NeSmith Chevrolet Buick GMC for over two decades.  2014 marks 23 years that Pam has had the pleasure of collaborating with the NeSmith team.

“When I first started working with Martin NeSmith in 1991, the dealership had just launched No Hassle Buying,” Pam explained.  “NeSmith was the third dealership in the nation to move to a customer-centric sales and service philosophy which included no haggling over price and no high pressure sales tactics.  The dealership began offering their lowest price up front at that time, with the lowest price of the vehicle posted in the window.  It was more than just a marketing position, it was a customer service philosophy shift in every department.  40 years later, NeSmith has perfected it’s No Hassle Buying approach and the results don’t lie. NeSmith has one of the highest customer loyalty retention rates I’ve ever seen.  They are truly committed to treating the customer right.”

We applaud NeSmith on the dealership’s 40 years of commitment to excellence and customer service. It proves that when a business knows how to take care of its customers, that business will stand the test of time.
