NeSmith Chevrolet in Claxton, Georgia Creates the Best Day Ever!

Here’s what the no hassle dealership did to pay positivity forward. NeSmith employees went out into the Claxton community and performed random acts of kindness as part of Chevrolet’s #BestDayEver national campaign.

Chevrolet teamed up with online comedy network Jash to prove that not every trick on April Fool’s Day has to be mean spirited, so they set up real-life surprises around the U.S. including an impromtu concert by pop singer Kelly Clarkson and aired them on YouTube.

“We want to surprise people to get them to rethink what they know about Chevrolet and reintroduce our lineup of award-winning cars and crossovers,” Chevrolet U.S. VP of Marketing Paul Edwards said. “By making it the #BestDayEver for thousands of people across the country, we want them to take notice that the brand is back in a big way.”

The NeSmith Chevrolet Claxton Crew performed several different acts of kindness including buying people’s groceries, meals, paid telephone bills, gave out car washes and oil changes, manicures and pedicures, and even paid for people’s gas all in one day.

NeSmith management proclaimed, “This will not be the end of these random acts of kindness, so be on the lookout.”
