Tomorrow’s Daniel Island Park Day Will Benefit the Charleston Basket Brigade

A fall tradition in the Lowcountry, Daniel Island Park Day is a day of outdoor family fun for all ages that showcases and supports a diverse range of local charitable organizations.

And it’s tomorrow from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. at a brand new location, the City of Charleston’s newly-opened Governors Park, located on Seven Farms Drive in the heart of Daniel Island!

In addition to live entertainment, games, jump castles, a pie baking contest, animal exhibits and other favorite activities, this year’s festival will also feature several new events and new food and beverage options, including food trucks, and a beer garden and wine tasting area.

DI Park Day has multiple events, where charities man the activities (whether it is the jump castle, pony rides, slide, etc.) and the proceeds benefit that charity.

The Charleston Basket Brigade is manning one of the jump castles. Be sure to stop by and jump to feed families this Thanksgiving!
