Momentum Marketing is a full-service marketing agency looking to grow its digital marketing department with the addition of a Digital Marketing Manager. Momentum Marketing is seeking an experienced marketer to plan and execute paid social media and email marketing campaigns to help drive results for clients. In addition, this position will update client website content and compile digital reports to measure campaign performance.

The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Digital Department Manager. Daily responsibilities include paid social media ad creation, organic social media content creation, future content and campaign planning, client reporting, website updates, and A/B testing. In addition, this position will compile client presentations, and assist with other digital marketing related tasks such as industry research.

Qualified candidates should have experience running and managing social media ads including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, & Pinterest, a passion for digital marketing, and a desire to stay current on industry trends. Ideal candidates will be able to tell powerful success stories through data and can effectively communicate those results to account managers and clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns for current and future clients.
  • Create, manage, and optimize organic social media content for clients on a variety of platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and Tik Tok.
  • Assist account managers with campaign report analysis, optimization recommendations, client presentation decks, and budget reviews.
  • Manage monthly client reporting to highlight channel performance and provide performance insights and recaps.
  • Proactively stay current on social media marketing trends and identify any new opportunities, specifically related to social media marketing.

Position Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Experience planning and executing paid social media campaigns for clients in multiple industries, such as retail, automotive, medical, home services, etc.
  • Proficient in excel and can turn data into visual reports.
  • Shopify or related eCommerce experience earns you bonus points.
  • Expertise with tools like TapClicks for reporting, Buffer (or similar programs) for social media scheduling, WordPress, Shopify, and Google Analytics.
  • You take pride in achieving great results for clients.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university.
