Charleston Basket Brigade Receives Amazing Press Recognition

Wow! When we woke up this morning, we were elated to see the Charleston Basket Brigade was on the front page of the Post & Courier today! In a story titled “Basket Brigade delivers Thanksgiving dinner to 3,300 needy families” journalist Christina Elmore detailed the Basket Brigade’s mission to assemble 3,300 boxes of ingredients to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal to feed 20,000 local residents this year. We can’t thank our 400, (400!!!) volunteers who helped us on Monday and Tuesday enough – we are full of gratitude. The Post & Courier also posted a photo album from the day you can view HERE.
