Momentum Client Rosefire Jewelry Introduces “Artemisia” Collection

We’re excited to share that Momentum Client, Rosefire Jewelry, has introduced its beautiful new Artemisia Collection. Artemisia is designed by Charleston-based jewelry designer Lauren Edewaard Madden and is named for a fifth century warrior queen. The collection features fiercely bold couture jewelry for the sophisticated fashionista.

Artemisia’s handmade designs incorporate materials from all over the world, including shimmering beetle wings from Thailand, textured crocodile resin, gemstones from India, stingray skin sourced from fisherman in Asia, and other responsibly sourced exotic leathers. Unusual vintage metals and antique focal pieces round out this remarkable, one-of-a-kind collection.

Each avant-garde design has a story and is inspired by and named after powerful historical women, including Queen Eleanor of Aquitaine and Lucrezia Borgia. Artemisia designs make striking impressions, just as these influential women left their mark on the pages of history.

Madden says, “Artemisia explores the power of feminine mystique. I drew influences from the raw animal magnetism of designer Alexander McQueen, the golden opulence of Byzantium, the softly compelling beauty of Pre-Raphaelite painting, and touches of the arcane splendor of Ancient Egypt.”
