The Southern Weekend ventured back to Swig & Swine to film four different segments for their lifestyle blog.
Pitmaster Anthony DiBernardo shared his pro-tips on how to make a few of his favorite southern dishes including fried pickles, coleslaw, South Carolina mustard-based BBQ sauce along with how to brine a ham.
