There are some simple strategies that could literally skyrocket your business into world class customer service. Modeling is one strategy. If there’s someone inside your business that’s exceptional at customer service – do what they do. Interview them: find out what motivates them, ask how they build rapport, discover the little things they’re doing that make a big difference and more. Ask them to share with the rest of your staff. If there isn’t someone in your business to model, then look around! Ask the waitress who provides exceptional service what her approach is. Ask your accountant what his mindset is. Get curious and interview as many people that provide an exceptional customer service standard as you can. Modeling is the quickest way to get where you want to go!
