LimRic Plumbing, Heating & Air Grants LEARN With $500

 L.E.A.R.N. Horse Rescue is the January recipient of the first-ever LimRic Give Back Grant!

David Miles, owner of LimRic Plumbing, Heating & Air is pleased to announce the company has launched The LimRic Give Back Grant. This is new initiative demonstrates “LimRic Pride” and donates $500 to a 501c(3) nonprofit organization every month in 2016.

L.E.A.R.N. Horse Rescue rehabilitates and retrains rescue horses in the Charleston area and finds a lifelong home for each horse. They achieve this through a team of volunteers who use training programs and personal attention to horses in need.

“Smarty Pants” the mini-horse, Anna Garvin and Elizabeth Steed, Founder of H.O.R.S.E. visited LimRic today to accept their grant from owner, David Miles.

The winner of the grant is chosen from Facebook nominations and voting. Individuals are invited to nominate their favorite charity on LimRic’s Facebook page. Then each month several charities are selected to take part in a two-week long voting process on the LimRic Facebook page. The charity with the most votes at the end of the voting period receives a $500 check from LimRic Plumbing, Heating & Air.
