Parks Chevrolet Receives Mark Of Excellence Award

Congratulations to our North Carolina client, Parks Chevrolet, for being awarded Chevrolet’s 2017 Mark of Excellence Award. The award recognizes the Kernersville dealership for their distinguished dedication to and performance in sales and customer service.

 

The automotive manufacturer presents the Mark of Excellence Award annually to the top U.S. Chevrolet dealers that exceed key performance and brand standards in a number of categories. Parks Chevrolet is one of the 150 dealers recognized out of the 3,100 Chevrolet dealers nationwide.

 

To qualify for the award, dealers must meet or exceed annual or monthly sales objectives and achieve high ranking scores and performance in categories that include Customer Service Index (CSI), Retail Sales Index (RSI), Essential Brand Elements (EBE) and Dealer Maintenance Notification (DMN).
