Facebook Unveils Facebook Timeline Feature to Users

Have you seen the new Facebook Timeline feature? The social networking site is fully rolling it out to all users on Dec. 22, but right now you can preview it and add it now to your own profile. Check it out here, and click ‘Get Timeline’ at the bottom of the page to enable the feature on your own profile.

Facebook hasn’t shown us a preview yet for what this means for company Facebook pages, but either way we are so excited with this beautiful new layout that we’re confident it’ll up the ante for pages as well. Does this mean pages will switch to the Timeline format? We doubt it will be completely identical, but it very well may put more of the focus on the photos we upload as well as the community of followers. Right now, Timeline is very photo-driven, almost blog-like, so we’re curious to see how this will translate to Pages.
