More People are Friending Brands on Facebook
According to Ad Week, the average consumer has 29 brand friends on social networking sites, up from just seven a year ago.
However, statistics says that only 39 percent interact with brands regularly or all the time, with the rest doing so occasionally or hardly/never.The biggest interactions come when fans think they’re going to get something, such as a giveaway, but that is a short lived blip. There’s more to it than just building “likes.”
