Do you use contests to engage your customers?

Do you use contests to market your business? For many of our clients, we frequently run social media contests to attract, engage and motivate new customers to interact with a select brand or product.

This week, a Facebook contest for our client Wonder Works received press in the Daniel Island News: the winner correctly identified a gadget on the newspaper’s Facebook page to receive a gift certificate to the store.

While contests are a great interactive tool with all clients, don’t let the conversation end once the contest is over: if utilized correctly, contests can drive new customers through the door of your business. However, long-term engagement is still necessary to keep customers interested in your business moving forward.
