Agency Principal Pam Hartley Highlighted in College of Charleston MBA Newsletter

Momentum Marketing Agency Principal, Pam Hartley, was highlighted in this week’s edition of the College of Charleston MBA Program’s email newsletter.  Pam was included in the newsletter for being a mentor to our past intern Caroline Posillico who is a recent graduate of the MBA program. Read below to see what the newsletter had to say about Pam and Caroline’s Mentor/Mentee relationship.

Confidence, persistence and work ethic are three traits that Caroline Posillico has amplified thanks to her mentoring relationship with Pam Hartley, founder of Momentum Marketing. The MBA Mentoring Program pairs each MBA student with an experienced business leader. 

The two were paired in Fall 2015 and have since developed a working relationship. Posillico has interned at the full-service advertising, public relations and event management marketing firm for the past year and has gained hands-on work experience – something that has shaped her career path. Posillico is looking for a marketing position in New York City.

“I enjoy mentoring College of Charleston MBA candidates because the students are exceptional,” said Hartley. “Over the years I’ve had guidance from mentors myself, and each has been critical to my business and personal growth. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to offer insights to these emerging young professionals.”

Momentum Marketing currently has two CofC MBA graduates on its team: Gillian Mechling ’11 and Maria Rebula ’12.

Momentum enjoyed having Caroline with us as Pam’s mentee. We hope to have more students in this program intern with us in the future!
